At Wendy’s House we offer a unique opportunity to lease our charming space during non business hours. Perfect for business gatherings, private events and creative workshops. Our eclectic, whimsical boutique provides a warm ambiance along with a curated wine selection and personalized service. Whether it is a small celebration or themed event, Wendy’s House is the ideal space to create unforgettable moments!
Lease Fee: $800. (3 hours)
$150. for every additional hour not to exceed 6 hours. (Lenth of event to be agreed upon in advance).

*Gratuity for staff member(s) encouraged & appreciated.
*Outside food permitted. NO outside beverages permitted.
Fee includes:
A 3 hour event (plus 1 hour in advance for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown).
$150 wine credit
1 staff member (if less than 30 guests)
Rental Fee increases by $150. if additional staff member is needed (30 – 60 guests)
